Personal data refers to any information, of any nature and regardless of the medium, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The protection does not extend to corporate data.

4. What Personal Data is Collected and Processed?

HENVI collects only the data strictly necessary for the intended processing purposes, including name, address, taxpayer number, phone number, and email of corporate representatives. Other data may be collected as necessary for the provision of products or services.

5. When and for What Purpose Do We Collect Personal Data?

The personal data of customer representatives is collected through our website during the creation of a customer account. Some personal data is mandatory to ensure service delivery and product shipment. The provision of incorrect or inaccurate data is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All operations related to payment method selection and data entry for order payments are properly protected. All information is encrypted and managed with security tools provided by EasyPay, our payment processing partner.

HENVI collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Customer Management: Since HENVI is engaged in the sale of electrical equipment and materials through its online store, processing corporate representatives' data is necessary for fulfilling purchase and sale contracts. Personal data collected for this purpose will be retained for 2 years of inactivity.
  2. Supplier Management (manufacturers/shippers): As an online store with stock from various suppliers, data processing is necessary to fulfill intermediary relationships between customers and shippers for which HENVI is responsible. Personal data collected for this purpose will be retained for up to 1 year after cessation of activity.
  3. Marketing or Telemarketing: HENVI may process collected personal data to send corporate representatives information about products sold. This processing will be carried out only with the explicit consent of the data subject, provided during online account creation. If consent is given, marketing communications will be sent via email (newsletters), mail, phone, and/or SMS. Consent for direct marketing can be revoked at any time. Personal data collected for this purpose will be retained for 2 years of inactivity.
  4. Profiling: HENVI conducts profiling based on purchases made in our online store, recording purchased products, amounts paid, date and time, as well as the purchase location. The collected information is analyzed to identify customer consumption profiles, allowing HENVI to improve its offers, communication, and send personalized information.

    Response to Inquiries, Suggestions, or Complaints: Personal data will also be processed to address inquiries, suggestions, or complaints submitted by data subjects to HENVI.

HENVI does not sell or share your data with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill our obligations, whether legal requirements or contractual commitments (e.g., order processing and delivery).
