Frequency Relays
Frequency relays, as their name suggests, continuously measure the frequency of the power grid, comparing it with the programmed maximum and minimum thresholds. Should either of these thresholds be exceeded, the relay activates to protect the equipment or signal the fault. They are particularly useful for motors, generators, industrial automation systems and power distribution networks.
